Meet Bocci's New Chef, John O'Brien!

John started his career as a dishwasher when he was 14 years old! He loved the pace and atmosphere of the restaurant environment. He says that it suited his, "eccentric personality." For the next ten years he worked as a line cook at a variety of restaurants. During that time he also earned his degree from Johnson & Wales University. After three years at Garibaldi's, John came to join us as our head chef last year! John's love of the kitchen and creative spirit have enabled us to beef up our menu and offer creative specials nightly! It's time to stop by and meet John and try his delicious Italian creations!
